@Louise+Tennant Im going to guess your getting a"No satellite signal" message(seeing as you don't say how its not working) if that is the case then work through the troubleshooting here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal if that fails then you will have to call Sky to report the issue, be aware though engineers are very bust and it may take weeks to get one out.
