      <title>No apps on sky q even after new box</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried refreshing apps in hidden menu, done a software reset, done updates everything that has been said to get these back but the sky q box even after a new one was sent doesnt show any apps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes ,full fibre very fast, sky recently installed new hub but couldn't put it where BT had before because they said they didn't have enough cable and they couldn't because of bends in the cable which would have been 6 bends in the cable ,yet installed it with 8 bends &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_tears_of_joy:"&gt;😂&lt;/span&gt; didn't fix the cable down with enough clips so it's now flapping about outside ,also stuck the box inside with sticky tape on a pourus plaster wall which fell off a hour later, I offered to send pictures but didn't hear anything so had to fix it myself, I will obviously be leaving sky as soon as the contract expires.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
