      <title>Vunerable pensioner being ripped off</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My elderly mother is out of contract and being completely ripped off! She has all these packages that she does not use or want. Her monthly bill is £142.50 per month- she only wants the phone line for her care line. She has sky q/ broadband - doesn't use internet/ sky cinema/ Netflix/&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how do we cancel this all? We have tried numerous times and been given the run around. I am absolutely furious that you seem to think this ok&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What happens when you call them? Cancelling should be possible but they are clearly incented to try to persuade you to stay with a lock-in and discount&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;why does she even have sky tv, did she used to need/want it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Important to note that 'phone line' without broadband is about to become a thing of the past (from any provider, not just Sky) : the care line needs to be updated to be either cellular or broadband compatible.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suspect you'll find it's not possible to order just a line and voice call service from anyone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
