To cancel, you'll need to Sky a call to give the notice required - 31 days for TV, 14 for broadband. When the bots asks why you're calling, say 'cancel'. Ironically the cancellations team are the best people to ask about a deal.

I spent one hour 30 mins chatting with two robots and two humans today to renew my Sky Q TV and broadband package. Finally got the deal price I wanted and said yes to go ahead then the virtual chat cut off and said it had closed. So annoying I feel like I have just wasted my time and got no where and really cant be bothered to go through it again , Im tempted just to cancel. Sky is so hard to get through to anyone espcially when just trying to renew at a decent price!!
