      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a call from sky around 4 months ago to upgrade my sky box,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was at work and asked them to call back,they never did,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to get in touch with them now to get my upgrade but can not get intouch with a human,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
