How to turn on paramount plus subtitles

I've tried changing the subtitles from off to on while using Paramount plus but I can't change the blue tick to "on" in the app settings- We can get subtitles on everything else, it's just Paramount Plus while using the app on SkyQ

We would be grateful for any help. We are elderly and need the subtitles.

hi @Lynn222

When playing a programme, press Pause to bring up the time line & options banner

Then press the Up arrow an icon labelled Subtitles & audio should be highlighted

Press Enter

Then use the down/up arrows to highlight the subtitles (or off to swotch off again) and press enter

The press the Back/dismiss button

THen Press Play/Pause to resume
