Several shows I'm watching on Netflix via Sky Q have completely disappeared. No longer on "continue watching" and I can't find them on search.
If I log into netflix on my computer they are still available. I've also asked a friend with sky q and the shows are available on her box.

This isn't the first time it's happened. It's done it before and eventually everything re-appears but it's massively annoying when I want to watch something on a service I am paying for.

I've refreshed the apps on the sky q box, and re-booted my internet connection.

Has anyone got a solution for this?

The Office is one of the missing shows.
I already know it's still there. I can see it on my computer and a friend has sky q and it is still available for her.
None of the missing shows have been removed from netflix. They just aren't there for me.
As I said in my OP this has happened before and eventually they come back, however it's annoying that I can't watch the service I am paying for when I want to watch it.

I know it hadn't been removed from Netflix. You said that in your first post. But i didn't know you'd checked a friend's Sky Q app already. Very strange. Wonder if it's messing up the profile.

btw I suspect the small print of the contract will not support the idea that you're paying for a service to access netflix on a particular device, even if you pay via sky. I didn't bother saying this the first time as it seemed a bit pedantic but now you've repeated it...

I pay sky for access to netflix. They should be the first point of contact as the service provider. A service I am not fully able to access.

I didn't say they shouldn't be first point of contact (since it's the app on their box that isn't working properly although netflix actually write the app)

I said that you are probably not "paying for netflix to be available on a sky q box". But rather just generic access to netflix.

Did you get anything useful from them last time or just wait and it resolved itself?
