    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have found my way to this thread sadly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky Q worked flawlessly for 4 years until my broadband provider changed and I moved my router location so I switched from ethernet to wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had the same issues as others in the thread. Would enter wifi details, and after x hours, it would say no connection on the home screen and have to re-enter them. Rebooting via socket would clear the message initially butthen come back soon after.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried the guest network trick. Didn't change much. Tried checking the expert settings. Noticed the Router IP &amp;amp; DNS server looked wrong (both 192.168.5.1) although the connection worked prior to changing, changing Router IP to 192.168.1.1 and DNS to 1.1.1.1 didn't do anything. Although eventually I did notice that that although it said it didn't have a connection, it did. I could go to Youtube via the voice remote and watch new videos there. On the network setup, it would be ticked. But on the home screen and the apps list screen it would say no connection. So it was like it was working but there was a bug in the UI that wouldn't refresh when box connected to wifi.&amp;nbsp; Eventually rebooting via socket stopped clearing the message oddly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the end as I had spare powerline adapters, plugged them in and it worked straight away. Didn't even need a network reset although did one anyone. Only been an hour or so but so far so good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So as someone else said in the thread earlier, just use ethernet or powerlines to save your sanity. If this has been an issue since 2023 and Sky must been aware of it I doubt they'd ever fix it at this point.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network. &lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.&lt;BR /&gt;If you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.&lt;BR /&gt;if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Oh I'm with you skibob it's a joke but I know of lots of people having same issue but only with sky! So it's an issue at there end not ours.... I work 60hrs a week I get a day off and full of connectivity issues... I firmly expect &amp;nbsp;a refund for not honouring a working product.... it's be coming a joke.I'm not paying for something that's not working or providing a service to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Keep switching it off at the mains but it won't puck up my Internet at all now &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt; put the ssid in and password and says nope can't find it. &lt;P&gt;The main SkyQ box will not maintain a Wi-Fi connection, and neither will the mini box. Both boxes have the latest software, I've reset both boxes, still doesn't fix it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I click 'home' and all I get is 'Please wait...' or 'Sorry, there are currently no programmes of this type available'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I opened the network settings, and you can sit there and watch the network change from a tick, to a cross, back to a tick, then a cross again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I phoned Sky and explained everything I tried, and yet they still ask me to repeat the process. I told them I had problems earlier in the year, and that a Sky engineer came out. He put a new dish up, and swapped out the mini box, but the problems persist. He told me that an engineer hasn't been to my property since 2011, and as good as called me a liar.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I demanded that another engineer comes out to try and resolve the issue, but they refused.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm totally sick &lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7" color="#999999"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;(removed)&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp; that comes with Sky. They do not give a &lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7" color="#999999"&gt;(removed)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; about their customers, as long as they take your payments each month.&lt;/P&gt;

I wired the mini to my router, and that stablished it's connection, but sky q box via wifi isn't sticking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This needs to be looked into, asap, do engineers monitor these threads?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have issue at similar times when watching anything on Apple, paramount or Netflix. Coincidentally only started after I requested to stop sky insurance cover . Having to reset each time. Makes you wonder eh?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I thought this might be just a problem with my wifi router but never had a problem with my sky hd just upgraded to sky Q a week ago and the Q box disconnected as soon as the enginner drove out the street now struggling to keep a connection at all, loojs like i will have to go use eth cable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
