Sky q Will not connect to router

Sky sent me a new router as part of my upgrade but now drops connection within seconds but only on the sky q. All other devices connect well and no issues

Hi @Lolly8

Is it a White Sky Max router you have ??

If it is you need to treat it like a 3rd party router when connecting to your Q box.

I went out shopping on the Sunday and came back to find it working fine on the Q box 😁 don't understand why I had so much trouble the night before setting it up. Everything else connected well but the sky Q .
