Is anyone having problems with the sky weayhet app . My sky is sky q. Each time I go into it, it. says sorry problem, try later. Have tried turning off and on again with sane problem. Other apps like netflix, yoitube Disney etc working fine

Both my Sky stream pucks are showing this error this morning for the weather app.

The Weather app still not working, now saturday morning 11th jan. This really needs to be fixed

As @Kelsingra has indicated there is a team working on it. There are plenty of other means of seeing a weather forecast in the meantime.

Hi,

It's been a day that the sky q weather app is not working, all the other apps (sky news app, sky sports app are fine.

All the other services are working ok, this has been reported yesterday by a sky customer in the community.

have you any update on this issue

As mentioned above, Sky are aware.

Its still reporting same error today.

Also, annoying, the weather app was being promoted in the home rail and pause screen today...

Ours is still not working. So annoying. Especially when the service included in subscription

@farmdown no further update but bearing in mind its the weekend there would no updates over the weekend

I have moved your post to here in the Sky Q forum where as you can see as others are reporting the same issue it seems to be a fault with the app today.

Sky are investigating. Given it's the weekend I doubt it will be fixed today.
