Once again I am unable to get Discovery Plus to work on my SkyQ. Keeps saying Upgrad which I have tried several times. Need help please

We had the same problem with Discovery+ today ? Got it back. Go into Sky shop on TV go to apps and find Discovery+ and re activate it.

discovery+ isn't showing in sky shop / ,marketplace for me
