sky HD Paramount+ The Agency subtitles missing

I have Sky HD+, watching The Agency on Paramount+ as a download.
English subtitles are active and working but no subtitles/translations for very long sequences in other languages. Definitely missing key plot elements - can you help, reload the content with the corrected subtitles data. This is the only content I have found that the subtitles are missing for foreign languages spoken during a program.

Seems unlikely that the production left this out of their cut - it's spoiled what is otherwise a good series. Could be that they put subtitled translations on the original but the version picked up for broadcast is missing them.
