Depends on the area, but recent posts have suggested several to many weeks: six weeks in this part of the world.

Sky has been reducing installer numbers as the market moves from satellite to streaming.

My son ordered 23 November, and installed on 23 December but as stated by @TimmyBGood it'll be dependent on engineer availability in your particular area. A lot of engineers were unfortunately made redundant in 2024.
