The new one hasn't been right from setting it up last week. It sometimes works and then doesn't. Tonight I pressed the mute button and now can't get it off. Last night we couldn't change channels. We have paired it and gone through all the help things on the app but what are we doing wrong? Now wondering if the q box is at fault not the remote?
