mini box dosnt work, froze on one screen

lost internet last night, tv downstairs up and working internet etc all good now,

minibox upstairs cant get it to marry up , tried to reset it, went bad to worse,

now stuck on ACCESSBILITY SCREEN CANT GET NOTHING ONLY VOLUME WORKING

nothing else on remote control is working, yes ive turned her on and off, plus internet on & off

still just froze

Hi @michael+burfield

Reset your mini box remote by pressing and holding 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
This will set it to infrared which will work all boxes. However the remote must be pointed directly at the mini box.

Switch your mini box back on and you then you should be able to get past the setup issues.

Once you get the mini box working make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

That worked , I was genuinely stuck for ideas , this community is brilliant idea .
