    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had BT broadband connected to 2 skyq boxes no issue, I tried sky broadband but didn't work, now reconnected to BT and my sky boxes keep dropping off. No other devices do this so no issue with broadband. Need this fixed as while watching just get the circle and fixed screen&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I spend lots per month for sky and cannot use it. I need sky to solve this as no help on phone, I have reset everything and no fix, cannot have cables for both boxes. I need this fixed urgently as I'm not paying for something I can't use but was perfect only a month ago URGENT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
