Sky Q thinks it looses network Connection

I have a Sky Q box which is hardwired to a switch, occassionally when Sky is turned on the first page of the menu says no network connection, as it uses the same switch as the TV, I check the connection on the TV and all is good. I go back to Sky Q go to settings, network and the network is OK. I have tried then resetting the connecton and again and told all is good with connection. I then proceed to first page of menu and am still told there is no network. The only cure I have found is to re-cycle the power on the Sky Q box. Any cures or suggestions gratefully recieved.
