    <description>&lt;P&gt;We are trying to sign into our Netflix account, but keep coming across this error (image below). When we rang sky they said they couldn't see a netflix account linked to the sky account, honestly they seemed quite confused.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;We are unsure what else we can do?
