I have received a replacement sky2tq box for a box which was faulty. However the power cable does not fit the new box. I have tried contacting sky but gave up in the end Does any other ship sell these

I am guessing th ereplacement box has a multipin mains connector.

It is likely you did not spot it in the box

Unfortunately your only option is to call SKY

There are several on eBay for around £20, but as @nigea99 indicates you shouldn't really be buying your own. It's likely to have been in the box but under a layer of cardboard, and departed with the faulty unit.
