Remote control not compatible with new TV

Just installed new Panasonic TV - Model TX-65MX600B. Model is not listed to pair with SkyQ remote and none of the standard options work either. Any advice to help pair and use the volume control?

Hi @Jay661

When you press 1 & 3 together onthe remote you must make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box (not the TV).

Try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote again.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

One of the Panasonic options should work.

I have the same problem. I've tried the 1&3 and the 7&9 and nothing works. I have a Samsung tv and Samsung soundbar and both are new so I can't believe they are not compatible. It's so annoying having to use 2 different remotes!
