Problems keeping internet connection after disconnecting sky Q mini

I have recently stopped my sky multi room (not used enough and too expensive!) so have unplugged the sky mini for return. Since then my main sky q box keeps loosing internet connection. I keep having to reset and press the wps button on the router but it keeps dropping out. Any ideas?

Assume you are on Sky Broadband @LizzyA ?

It's the white one which stands up! Is that the sky max?!
I also have a sky plug in WiFi booster

Yes I think that is the Sky max router @LizzyA

These would seem to work differently to previous Sky hubs.

Instead If using WPS to connect your Q box to the router try using SSID and password.
