On both my main Sky Q box and a mini box unable to log into BBC iplayer as no code appears but just gets circle that keeps on going round.

Tried refreshing apps but no difference and then reset sky Q box using hidden features but the problem is still there.

So it appears to be a problem with the app so how can you reload just this app as all others work correctly.
