To remove part of your TV package (in your case Sky Multiscreen) you need to give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove it. Sky will send return packaging near the end of the notice period to return the mini box. Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely.

If you only have one mini box then you need to cancel your Sky Q Multiscreen subscription @Norrie18

If you have two there is no point in cancelling one because they have no individual subscription.
