Sky Q powers down when watching Amazon Prime or Disney

Hi when watching Amazon Prime or Disney plus after about an hour my Sky q powers down and goes into standby - this is both on main box and also mini box it is as if it goes into sleep mode but I cannot find a setting for this, any ideas? It does not happen when watching sky

Try setting the Q box Standby mode to None on both boxes.

The standby feature shouldn't be causing this this, it will only go into standby after 4 hours of inactivity (until 11pm) or 2 hours between 11pm-4am, and an onscreen message will be displayed before it happens.

I've had the same issue when watching prime on sky Q. No solution though. Sounds like it could be a memory leak in the app?,
