Why dose sky q box not have Bluetooth output so it can be connected to my sound bar through Bluetooth?

In theory you could daisy chain an HDMI audio extractor to a Bluetooth transmitter, or use an optical audio to Bluetooth unit.

Q is now rather elderly hardware (last revised in 2019) and isn't going to have another release.
