If you try to go to an encrypted channel which includes a number you dont have to pay for you will get that message. What channel were you trying to tune to?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You will need to call SKY and ask for them to send you a new viewing card before you can watch any none&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To remove the card you need to push it in and it will release it then give the chip a clean with a soft dry cloth&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Put is back in and push it until you hear it clicking into place&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you have cover through Sky Protect with Domestic and General Insurance you can try to contact them but the chances of them, or Sky, having engineer availability on Boxing Day are unrealistic.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
