Sky Mini Box not working

sky mini box not working.

Have rebooted and get the Hello screen then the blue screen that says press home button when screen goes blank.

it then gets no further- mini box light says on orange / red and screen stays black.

Main Sky Box says mini box ok

Suggestions welcomed!

Did you reboot the main box first then the same with the mini box?

Hi @SeanF2

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on then with the mini box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.
