Hi there, I have forgotten my password to sign into Discovery +. I have tried three times for you to send me a temporary password, but I have received none of them, not even in my junk mail . I need you to send the temporary password so I can sign into Discovery Plus + Many Thanks Steve

Discovery+ send the password reset link - not Sky.

As above.

The password comes from Discovery, not Sky..

Have a read of the help here, but you can also talk to Discovery with the messaging at the bottom right of that linked page, by selecting the contact us button.

From what we see on here from other customers, Discovery support are usually pretty helpful.
