HI,

I have not long recieved a new a sky Q box and have started to see these green verticle lines on tv screen whilst watching sky., its not all the time but a leasr a couple of times an hour. Any suggestion what to do ?

Hi @joanne+caligari Try connecting your HDMI lead from the SKYQ box to another HDMI port on your TV?
