Sky box will not start (orange light) on

Just can to turn sky in and the box was showing just an orange light and wouldn't turn on.

Once or twice I got the 'hello, press home when it dissapears', but as soon as the text goes it goes black and the light stays orange.

I've tried the reset and software update but no difference. Of all the times it could go wrong a few days before Xmas!
