Can our Netflix be hacked it's showing other people names & we can't get on it cos the profile is locked

You will have to contact Netflix about this as it is possible that someone has accessed your account.

Thank you we've been in touch with sky & they have sorted it by cancelling our account & reinstalling it xx

It's not a 'hack': typically it's either due to password re-use elsewhere being compromised, or a legitimate user being tricked into entering the credentials into an online portal which is pretending to be a Netflix interface.
