@JeannieL Try resetting your remote.
Press the buttons 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice then follow onscreen instructions to repair the remote.

Same no luck even when I entered in the tv model number manually.

@Olivetree3 try the vestel tv's as they make loads of TV's for different companies so trying the vestel codes may work

FYI, I bought a new Cello webos tv and tried to pair my SKY Q remote to it.

Took a lot of doing, but the answer was simple...it uses LG software, so...

Just use the first LG option

Home>Settings>Setup>Remote>Follow instructions>Type in LG>select Find it for me (the first option worked for me)

I can now control Volume, Source and Switch off TV and SKY box.
