Can’t get itv+1

Hiya can anybody help please. Im in Ireland and the last few weeks all the itv+1 channels and that's tv have stopped working, I've looked up to see new codes for retuning but nothing is working at all. All my normal itv hd channels are fine but none of the plus 1 is working and That's Tv channels aren't working either. Can anybody help me please

For manual tuning ITV1+1 and That's TV are on:

11345 V 27500 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK

Make sure you're entering the tuning details exactly right and delete any currently stored versions of ITV+1 and That's TV first.

If it's still not working it's likely to be a dish alignment issue and will require an engineer visit (if Sky will send one for channels that aren't officially available in Ireland).
