When you are rebooting are you rebooting the main Sky Q box first?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if applicable -&lt;BR /&gt;~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby&lt;BR /&gt;~ switch the box off at the plug &lt;BR /&gt;~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug &lt;BR /&gt;~ follow the on screen instructions &lt;BR /&gt;~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds&lt;BR /&gt;~ press the &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":house:"&gt;🏠&lt;/span&gt; button&lt;/P&gt;

Could the Sky remote be faulty?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After checking the basics, ie; fresh batteries, re-pairing etc if your Sky Q remote is definitely &lt;STRONG&gt;broken/faulty, &lt;/STRONG&gt;if you follow this link it should allow you to do some more troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (there is the possibility this is not available to customers in the ROI). &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/lost-stolen-damaged-sky-q-equipment#get-in-touch" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/lost-stolen-damaged-sky-q-equipment#get-in-touch&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer / larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the above you’ll have a spare.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
