BBC1 not working BBC2 is ITV1,2,3 not but 4 is various other channels not working earliest for an engineer to call is 3 weeks time!

hi @Lesley84

On SKY Q the 2 cables carry approx half the channels - what you describe sounds like problems with one of them

So check that both Satellite Cables are firmly connected

Is it possible that something has caught one ?
