Download failed, no subscription sky cinema

Been having this problem on and off a while now, where can't download off sky cinema. I have tried resetting the sky q box, checked it's connected to the internet etc.

I have a subscription to cinema and for ultra hd so that's not the problem, but beyond frustrating for the price I am paying a month for something I can't use when I want to

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
