problems with internet connection with paramount

Not long joined Sky BB, all set up and everything working but since connected to Sky Q box paramount keeps loosing connection.

Message says OOPS looks like the internet may be experiencing some issues Error code ****

I have tested the line but everything is working fine can anyone help please.

It keeps happening more then a few times when watching something.
