Do I have to swap my sky’s box when applying for home move

I've ordered sky home move and there sending a new skyQ box to swap, nothing wrong with the one I have, my first question is Why? And second, do I have to except a new box.?

Hi @Tinged

No if you are happy with your existing Q box keep it.

Sky do not normally supply a box with a Home move.
