Internet Issue

My Sky Q box has suddenly started connecting to a Sky internet connection even though it's hard wired to my BT Hub?

This only started happening 2 days ago and every time I switch on my box it says I don't have an internet connection? I reboot Q box and also my BT Router and all is good but when I go into Network connection my Q box is again connected to a Sky broadband network? How is this possible? I'm had wired to my BT Hub so how can it keep connecting to some generic Sky Hub? It's doing my head in so any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @Deekster1874

If you are looking at the Network in the Q box settings you can ignore the SKY SSID.

This is invariably a historic setting for the Sky Q mesh generated by the Q boxes.

It's not though? The Sky router is Sky68***

I didn't put the whole network name but it's defo a WiFi router where I live as I get it on my iphone through settings as well?
I've never had this issue until 2 days ago.
