How have bt and sky not resolved this issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think TNT moved satellite frequencies a while ago and a slight dish misalignment could cause issues, but it would need an engineer out to check.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The simplest thing to try first &lt;A title="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-box-problems" href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-box-problems" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;is the usual troubleshooting though&lt;/A&gt;, check software is up to date, power the box off at the mains for at least 5 minutes etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your broadband is fast enough you do have access to TNT Sports live through discovery+ which may be better for you while you wait for an engineer if that is the outcome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
