&lt;P&gt;First try rebooting the main Q box and then when this is completely back up and running reboot the mini.&lt;BR /&gt;To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.&lt;BR /&gt;Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.&lt;BR /&gt;Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Reboot the mini as above.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the mini doesn't come on with the remote after the reboot press the Amber led on the front of the box as this is also the standby button.&lt;BR /&gt;If the mini still does not connect reliably try a Network Reset on the mini.&lt;BR /&gt;Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network. &lt;BR /&gt;Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box.&lt;BR /&gt;You will be asked to press the WPS button on the main Q box (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you had to press the standby button on the Q box to bring it on then,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;With the mini box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.&lt;BR /&gt;Press and hold 7 &amp;amp; 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times. &lt;BR /&gt;Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have recently had a max hub fitted And all my main equipment is fine I have just received a mini sky Q box had that just over a week. Everything was fine then after the sky hub it won't connect to my other box. When I turned the box on it asked if the box had been signed on before and I said no. Then it said the box had to reset and then when it says to push the home key to continue nothing happens and my remotes not working. I don't know what to do can you help.</description>
