Problem viewing some programs on Sky Arts

When I click to view some featured programs or documentaries on Sky Arts I get the message that no programs of this type are available. I have rebooted my Sky Q box which is connected to gigabyte broadband

Live television on Sky Q doesn't arrive over broadband: it's received through the satellite dish.

Thanks but I don't get the not available message when trying to watch live tv. I get it when I try to watch (mainly Sky Arts) on demand /catch up programs/documentaries.

This does sound like an error from catch-up, rather than the live TV Guide though.

To be fair, some programs that generated the not available message last night are now viewable strangely.

i rebooted the Sky q box last night and I'm currently forcing a software update. I'll also reset my broadband connection

Yeah that works fine for me

I wonder if this is related to the Akamai CDN issue in the other thread where it's intermittent because it depends which server you get round-robinned to.

Different error though so I'm not at all sure it is the same root cause.
