    <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky keeps stopping and displaying the message "There is a technical fault. Please try again later ", this is happening every five minutes.&amp;nbsp; I've tried resetting to factory reset but nothing seems to work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it? Sky customer support seems none existent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
