Somebody was supposed to contact me as had engineer booked but unable to fit sky dish we've now had no sky TV for 2 weeks and being charged for it

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

You will need to call Sky. We are mainly customers on here trying to help other customers and you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services.

What is the issue requiring an engineer?
