Apple TV not connecting to internet on Sky - all other apps working

Apple TV has stopped working on my Sky Q box this morning , all other apps work fine and I can connect to Apple TV on other devices. Have done software update and reboot of box by taking power cable out. Any advice most welcome. thanks .

I have the same issue so following with interest. It was working fine at 0100 this morning.

Hi @Josh+Lymon Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

Same here. Rebooted the router and Sky Q box, refreshed apps and still won't connect.

Thank you - tried both and still no luck . It's saying Apple TV can't connect to. Internet but all other apps are and Apple TV is connecting on other devices

I linked the u app to my Apple TV app on my iPad, now Apple TV is not working on my sky q box, why?

all my software and apps are updated

There is another thread about this, i think everyone who ises sky tv for apple tv is having the same issue, its working fine via the direct app

Same problem here. Spoken to Apple - no help. It must be a Sky issue as I can get on to Apple with Android phone and smart TV

Understand the work around but can't find any Apple programs on home screen ? Is it just the top bar,, where your see programs from other apps? Very frustrating i pay for it separately so very annoying can't watch now ?? And i watch plenty programs on it ???

I've had to plug in my Amazon fire stick to the tv to watch Apple on tv - the skyQ box just getting the message "could not connect to Apple TV check your internet connection and try again " - I've updated the software and done an app refresh but it's still not working so a bit of a pain having to use more remotes

@KevNewMedia Having the same problem with both of my sky stream pucks this morning. Both were working ok with Apple TV yesterday.

Same issue here. Says unable to connect and to check internet but all other apps and downloads working fine, and internet is 1GB connected via ethernet.

When trying to access the Apple TV app through Sky, the app loads and then says 'Could not connect to Apple TV' - check your internet connection and try again.

Internet is fine. All other apps working fine through Sky - have rebooted everything and still not working?

Same thing has happened to me this morning all other apps are working except Apple TV + which when clicked on comes up with the message could not connect to Apple TV check your internet connection and try again I have rebooted everything and still not working

Apple TV+ won't work. Says there's a connection problem but all the other apps. are working, (Netflix, Prime and Disney+ etc.) Restarted router but no joy...
