Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.

Can I ask what area I have this problem but every channel , no heavy rain or wind to effect it

Hi @Elle85

The satellite footprint covers the whole of the Country.

Any area variation is do to cloud cover or storms.
