    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;cancelled my Sky subscrition for my holiday cottage as I no longer run the business and I returned all of the equipment as requested in boxes provided. I keep gwetting texts saying that I have not returned it and now you are saying you will be charging me for it and as I said it was sent back months ago. If you make such a chagre I will cancel my other subsritopn as well as this is totally unsatisfactory&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Let us know in this thread about the proof of posting and we can maybe get you some help from the Messaging Team. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have the proof it should be a fairly straightforward process. If you haven’t retained it, any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t like them on the forum.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
