&lt;P&gt;Provided the new position is on an outside wall and in a reasonable distance to the satellite dish then Sky then you could ask Sky if they will re-locate or install new cables.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Failing that as already noted you can use readily available satellite extension cables.&lt;/P&gt;
