Wolf Hall Season 1 episodes missing from On Demand

Nollaig3 — Mon, 18 Nov 2024 08:51:57 GMT

I watched Episode 1 of Wolf Hall Season 1 on Sky On Demand only to find that the rest of the Season 1 episodes are missing...

Yes, is there an update on this Sky? Seems

odd to just have the one episode available!

Hi,

I've tried that and only Ep1 of Season 1 amd Season 2 episodes are there.

I'm hoping Sky Support might jump in here and provide a solution.

Thanks

All episodes show for me. (I even downloaded S1E2 to check)

I doubt it. This is primarily a customer helps customer forum and not a route to sky support.

Try rebooting your box and internet router.

Very odd... I'll try rebooting again amd see what happens.

Getting through to Sky Support is a drama in itself. 😞

Tks all

I'm guessing it might be because we are in Ireland? I tried rebooting and still just the one episode from season 1 there.

I'm in contact with Sky Support now Nd they can't explain it either...

They're working on it though.

Fyi. Sky tech team have identified a tech issue and they are working to fix it.

All episodes should be back soon. 🤞

Sky said there is a tech issue that they are working on but I've had no further update.

I can only assume they are still working on it....

I was told it wouldn't be fixed for Irish customers.

So we've both been told something different...

When were you in contact with them?

Sky viewer relations sent me an email on 20 November.

They confirmed that the series was not made available On Demand in ROI. They also noted that as the content is not owned by Sky, they do not know if the situation will change and suggested contacting BBC directly.

Can you not use BBC iPlayer? They're all listed in there

No as I'm in the ROI. BBC iPlayer isn't available to IP addresses in the ROI...
