Subscription finish time

I have taken out a months subscription todayfor sky sports finishing on 3/1/25. The final of the darts finishes on the 3/1/25 and I have been told my subscription will finish at midnight on the 3/1. Is this true? Because the agent I spoke to told me this but she didn't sound too sure. I have asked for email confirmation but she didn't seem too sure about that either

hi @Blue10

You can't take out Sports for just a month as such.

you can take it out on a month's rolling contract which you can cancel but this requires 31 days notice - so for a single month you need to cancel immediately.

I think you need to call SKY to see if they have applied a cancelation or whether you need to give notice now.

@Blue10 you should of received an e-mail confirming any changes you made.

I don't know if the Sky sports rolling contract works the same as TNT sports through Sky as I took out TNT sports out on 31/10/2024 and told them I only wanted it for 1 month and they ended it from 31 days of me taking it out so last day i could view was 30/11/2024 but i got an e-mail confirming this
